Chinese Football is a four-piece indie rock/emo/post-rock band from Wuhan, China. Formed in 2011, the band strives to maintain the original intensity of punk music while embracing a DIY attitude. Chinese Football specializes in a powerful guitar-bass-driven wistful indie rock sound, blending brainwashing guitar riffs with Mandarin lyrics. Their music is dedicated to expressing the fantasies and frustrations of youth.
